The ServiceNow App Dev Engineer will be a key member of the OpsTech Solutions application development team, focusing on IT service delivery and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality service and fast resolution for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable with both technical and non-technical communication. The position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required.
• 6+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer and/or comparable role.
• 6+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions/initiatives.
• Experience with Agile engineering practices (Kanban, continuous delivery, etc.).
• Experience in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python).
• Experience working with REST API based services, or experience with REST web services, XML, JSON.
• Experience building features in ServiceNow ITSM and HAM modules, and building system integrations.

• Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
• Interface with ServiceNow for all operational requests, issues, and planning.
• Lead ServiceNow release upgrades including technical and stakeholder management activities.
• Work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor team members on project planning, design, and estimating activities in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
