Job description
The role is part of the Special Projects team at Apple, focusing on transforming cutting-edge AI research into practical applications. The team is dedicated to building high-quality infrastructure and tooling for machine learning inference and evaluation. Collaboration and innovation are key components, as the team works with both internal and external technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of large-scale ML evaluation systems and web applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, TypeScript, or Swift.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Experience with VM and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building web services and full stack web applications.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems.
- Collaboration skills and experience working with small teams and across multiple teams.
- Experience bringing AI systems from research to production.
- Experience building large-scale ML evaluation systems with any technical stack.
- Experience writing Swift applications on both client and server.
- Experience writing code to network and connect multiple devices under test.
