The Partner Engineering Manager III for Security at Google Cloud will lead a team of Partner Engineers focused on understanding partner technical capabilities and recommending solutions to customers. This role is crucial in enabling partners across various technologies and solutions, contributing to customer adoption of Google Cloud services. The manager will support partners through the proof-of-concept, migration, and deployment phases while ensuring they have access to necessary resources. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to drive successful cloud transformation outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.
• Experience managing cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, or security engineering teams.
• Leadership experience in people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.

• Manage a team of Partner Engineers and build a growth culture focused on talent strategy and skills development.
• Support Partner Engineers in enabling system integrator and Independent Software Vendors partner technical teams through prototyping and product integrations.
• Develop partner technical development plans aligned to annual planning and drive technical wins with partners.
• Collaborate with ISV/SI partners to create solution documentation, technical articles, webinars, and demos.
• Recommend Google Cloud integration strategies and enterprise architectures for partner solutions.
