• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in program management, focusing on HR system implementations.
• Experience using AI-first strategy across HR systems.

• Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, budget, and resource plan for the HR system transformation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
