Job description

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 6 years of experience working with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- 6 years of experience coding with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners and program managing within a technical organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex program charters by defining scope, objectives, and key results while utilizing data-driven insights.
- Strategize with cross-functional partners to prioritize objectives and deliver optimized communication plans.
- Implement scalable tooling to integrate user-centric insights into the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate engineering feasibility, milestones, and resourcing needs to ensure accurate scoping and execution of technical initiatives.
- Lead organizational pivots and change management rollouts, monitoring progress and implementing continuous process improvements.
