Requirements

  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 5+ years of industry work experience
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience in system design
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
  • Strong Linux and Networking Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Agile practices such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like bash and Python

Responsibilities

  • Work with Amazon's largest customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services.
  • Dive deep into technical issues and conduct post-mortem discussions to identify root causes.
  • Build and deploy solutions across thousands of devices.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Provide troubleshooting and operations support for production computing environments.
