• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional full-time software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in modern backend languages, specifically Go, Java, or C++.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Business leadership to translate product visions into scalable backend solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for the team and oversee architectural choices.
• Champion and implement industry-best practices for code health and automated testing.
• Build and optimize frameworks that support Uber's global scale for financial transactions.
