• At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
• Professional Engineering licensure in any US state, with the ability to acquire a license in additional states if required
• Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships to win work
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Availability to travel as required to support project needs
