Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience
- Professional Engineering licensure in any US state, with the ability to acquire a license in additional states if required
- Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships to win work
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Availability to travel as required to support project needs
Responsibilities
- Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions for clients across all market sectors
- Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on strategic pursuits
- Mentor and manage junior and mid-level electrical engineering staff members
- Evaluate client energy needs and develop concept-level plans and solutions
- Engage in business growth strategy, including exploration and development of new project opportunities
- Participate in proposal development and project execution planning
