NVIDIA is seeking a Data Center Operations Controls Engineer to manage operational readiness and governance of their monitoring and control platform, Cronus. This role involves collaborating with data center teams and engineering to enhance technical operations. • 12+ years of experience in operations, controls, or monitoring systems in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of controls systems, monitoring platforms, or SCADA-like tools.
• Proven success partnering with engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into operational actions.
• Track record of defining and using operational metrics to drive performance improvements.

• Work with Controls engineering to resolve critical UI, stability, and interoperability issues.
• Lead operational cleanup at live sites, including nuisance alarm reduction and restoration of monitoring baselines.
• Collaborate to establish a consistent Controls version and configuration baseline.
• Help establish naming standards and configuration governance for consistency across sites.
• Own the development and delivery of training and documentation for data center operators.
• Support the planning and rollout of integrations between Controls and key infrastructure tools.
• Define and track key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
