• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• 4 years of professional software engineering experience, including issue identification, performance tuning, debugging and issue resolution.
• 4 years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including hands-on coding of customer-facing enterprise business class systems.
• 2 years of experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• 4 years of experience working as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.

• Advise clients on understanding, architecting, selecting, and implementing modern technology solutions.
• Lead technical implementation involving full stack solutions and provide innovative solutions across the full stack.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems with a focus on security, reliability, and scaling.
• Manage program budgets and timelines effectively while delivering quality client services.
