Job description

The Pro Accessibility Software Engineering team at Apple is dedicated to enhancing the accessibility of Apple products for users with disabilities. The team is looking for a Software Engineer who is motivated and eager to contribute to meaningful improvements in user experience. This role involves working with various programming languages and tools to create software that empowers all users. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with at least one of the following languages: Objective C, Swift, C++, or C
  • Ability to create, understand, maintain, and perform Object-Oriented software designs
  • Ability to learn quickly and grapple with complex, critical code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Apple Accessibility APIs and/or Accessibility technologies
  • Knowledge of Apple framework technologies
