• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience with Wet Chemical Process Engineering in a production silicon or compound semiconductor environment.
• Experience with wet chemical tools, including spray etch tools and automated baths.
• Experience with wet chemical process characterization for defectivity, etch rate, and chemical analysis.

• Develop and sustain new processes associated with semiconductor wet chemical processing.
• Drive process stability and control methodologies for yield improvement.
• Optimize existing wet processing steps for throughput and defectivity reduction.
• Start up and qualify new toolsets with an emphasis on process transparency and tool matching.
