• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience
• Experience in prototyping
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information
• 6+ years of full product life cycle experience
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
• Experience designing and debugging tooled components
• Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management PLM software

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure smooth product launches
• Write requirements, functional specifications, and design verification plans
• Exhibit thorough engineering analysis and cradle to grave ownership
• Design and adapt holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver automation solutions
• Create design of experiments and lead cross-functional automation of experiments
