Job description

As an Antenna Design Engineer at Amazon Lab126, you will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to design antennas for innovative consumer electronics. The team focuses on product categories including Lab126, AWS, and Ring/Blink. You will engage in product definition, execution, and testing while working closely with internal teams and external partners. This role requires flexibility and responsiveness in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in antenna design related to 3G/4G technologies, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth products.
  • Experience with prototyping and implementation.
  • Knowledge of antenna fundamentals and radiation theory.
  • EM simulation experience.
  • Experience working on antenna designs under 1GHz in consumer electronics.
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with a cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design antennas.
  • Work closely with internal teams and outside partners to drive product definition.
  • Execute and test antenna designs for innovative consumer products.
