The Video Engineering group at Apple is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop software for image and video compression and processing. This role involves working on features for various applications such as the iPhone/iPad Camera and FaceTime. • BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming
• Strong software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Experience in embedded real-time multitasking software systems

• Knowledge of image or video processing technologies
• Internship or direct related experience in embedded software development
• Experience working with hardware technical reference manuals
