Job description

The Frame Cellset Owner (FCO) team at Intel is seeking an individual to integrate scribeline cells into frame layouts for semiconductor fabrication. This role involves collaboration with various organizations to ensure the accuracy of frame-related collaterals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail while contributing to the team's innovation and quality goals. Requirements

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly lithography and metrology.
  • 1+ years of experience with CAD layout tools, preferably Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre design software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform layout edits based on process design specifications and fab module owner guidelines.
  • Disposition drawn data changes through XORs and/or design rule flows.
  • Provide frame dimension and field configuration estimates to product design teams.
  • Verify the placement of the scribe line cells in the frame to meet fab process module BKMs as well as technology design specifications.
  • Ensure proper frame data output and validate the integrity of the frame through the tape out process.
  • Document and communicate frame revision changes and NPI setup data to manufacturing organizations through the Graphics website.
