Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain engineering or supplier management.
- Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes within Backend and advanced packaging technologies.
- PhD in a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement spare material inspection methodologies to ensure quality and reliability.
- Lead Backend spare cost control and process optimization studies to enhance production yield and operational efficiency.
- Explore and benchmark emerging technologies to elevate Intel's supply chain capabilities.
- Analyze supply and demand trends, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain leads to execute programs that improve quality and streamline operations.
- Lead supplier selection processes in partnership with spare commodity managers and technical teams.
- Perform alternate sourcing risk mitigation activities to safeguard against supply chain disruptions.
- Establish control standards, define KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.
- Drive supplier process validation activities across all stages of development.
- Foster supplier improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost.
