• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain engineering or supplier management.
• Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes within Backend and advanced packaging technologies.
• PhD in a related technical field is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Define and implement spare material inspection methodologies to ensure quality and reliability.
• Lead Backend spare cost control and process optimization studies to enhance production yield and operational efficiency.
• Explore and benchmark emerging technologies to elevate Intel's supply chain capabilities.
• Analyze supply and demand trends, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with supply chain leads to execute programs that improve quality and streamline operations.
• Lead supplier selection processes in partnership with spare commodity managers and technical teams.
• Perform alternate sourcing risk mitigation activities to safeguard against supply chain disruptions.
• Establish control standards, define KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.
• Drive supplier process validation activities across all stages of development.
• Foster supplier improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost.
