Arcadis is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for Building Systems to join their multidisciplinary Design and Engineering team. The role focuses on providing innovative electrical engineering solutions for various building systems, including power distribution and lighting. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on multiple concurrent projects. This position emphasizes sustainable design and aims to improve the quality of life through effective engineering solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 4 or more years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electrical design and specification for building systems such as power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Prepare electrical designs and drawings of building facilities and electrical systems using computer-aided tools.
• Identify cost-effective solutions to design problems.
• Utilize industry standards, building codes, and safety standards in design work.
• Liaise with project managers and other discipline project leaders to obtain project information.
• Assist in creating and presenting technical reports regarding design assignments.
• Ensure necessary coordination occurs with other disciplines.
