Arcadis is seeking a Staff Water Engineer to join their Water team in Syracuse, NY. This role involves using technical expertise to deliver design work for water and wastewater clients across North America. The engineer will engage in fieldwork, project management, and technical guidance while ensuring compliance with national standards. The position emphasizes collaboration and communication with project managers and clients to achieve project goals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering
• 3 years of experience in engineering
• EIT Certification
• Valid US driver's license

• Evaluate, plan, design, and manage projects for water and wastewater treatment and conveyance.
• Perform fieldwork activities such as site visits, construction inspection, and water quality analyses.
• Support professional engineering services during construction, including construction observation and review of shop drawings.
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients to ensure effective communication on project matters.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical issues on projects and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Review completed engineering work to ensure it meets specified standards.
