Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI workflows across multiple models
- Build context systems to enhance interaction intelligence
- Scale systems to meet AWS standards for reliability and security
- Ship features that improve developer productivity
- Lead critical systems and define technical direction for new capabilities
