Job description

The CreativeX RAPID team is looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to enhance real-time ad personalization and insights development. This role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies like latent diffusion models and large language models to optimize creative content for brand advertisers. The team aims to automate the customization of product creatives using real-time catalog data while ensuring low latencies. The position offers an opportunity to work on innovative solutions in the Dynamic Creative Optimization domain.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and code reviews
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Quickly acquire knowledge of nouvelle technologies in Generative AI to solve complex problems.
  • Investigate design approaches and evaluate the technical feasibility of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with scientists to design and build data pipelines for processing massive datasets.
  • Develop and maintain platforms for evaluating and deploying machine learning models.
