The Critical Infrastructure Operations Engineer at Bloomberg will oversee the daily operations of Data Center Facilities, focusing on maintenance, operation, and repair of critical systems. This role is part of the Global Infrastructure, Data Center & Workplace Sustainability teams, which manage performance across numerous locations worldwide. The engineer will be responsible for incident management, planned maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The position requires a highly technical professional who can develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years in a relevant Engineering and Critical Facilities Operations role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or applicable STEM degree with relevant experience
• Experience in managing schedules and driving collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Review and document maintenance and critical operations using Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for incident management and emergency response
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems
• Supervise third-party contractors during specialized repairs to ensure compliance with SOPs
• Manage and apply Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) processes
• Oversee internal staff and external third-party integrated facilities providers
• Assist in management of operational and capital improvement budgets and financial governance
