• Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for a feature.
• Support the identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product feature.
• Learn to create and implement code for a product, service, or feature while reusing code as applicable.
• Assist in breaking down work items into tasks and provide estimation.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) in monitoring system/product feature/service for degradation and recommend actions to restore service.
• Review current developments and seek new knowledge to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance.
