• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with software program or release management in tech or related fields
• Thorough knowledge of software engineering and life cycle principles
• Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful
• Strong solution-focused skills with a track record of implementing systematic solutions
• Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills

• Collaborate across product and engineering teams to ensure release readiness and successful delivery of enterprise software
• Manage software branching strategies to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery of releases
• Architect and develop custom tooling and automation scripts to manage branch lifecycles
• Develop program schedules and KPIs to measure release health and communicate status to senior leadership
• Apply coding skills to build or enhance automation scripts and tools that improve delivery efficiency
• Work with Engineering and QA teams on test plans, execution, and overall quality assessment
• Track and resolve software issues incorporating technical feedback from Customer Program Managers
• Identify failures, lead retrospective analysis, and develop improvement action plans
