·FY 2025Job description
The role is for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within NVIDIA's Hardware Infrastructure organization, focusing on architectural modeling and functional simulation for next-generation GPUs. The team supports engineering programs that enhance silicon development through simulation and validation tooling. The TPM will ensure software teams have the necessary environments and infrastructure for early development in the silicon lifecycle. This position requires collaboration across hardware and software teams to drive program success and improve pre-silicon software readiness.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor or computing industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing programs at the hardware-software boundary.
- Background in pre-silicon environments, including familiarity with architectural models and simulation infrastructure.
- Strong executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive NVIDIA's software left-shift program to support early development.
- Partner with architecture, modeling, and software teams to resolve dependency blockers.
- Define program structure, milestones, and success criteria for pre-silicon software readiness.
- Lead executive-level program reviews and drive cross-functional decision-making.
- Build feedback loops between software findings and architecture teams for pre-silicon improvements.
- Drive alignment across hardware and software organizations on new chip features.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
