Job description
The System Test Engineering Manager at NVIDIA will lead a team focused on developing and supporting manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products. This role requires a blend of hardware and software expertise to enhance factory practices and methodologies. The manager will guide engineers in resolving technical challenges while improving automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on NVIDIA's manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
- 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
- BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
- Python programming and bash scripting experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Support a growing team of on-site manufacturing test engineers in diverse locations.
- Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes for Datacenter family of products.
- Improve automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.
- Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle multiple product lines, manufacturing sites and software and hardware maturity levels.
- Guide teams in resolving technical problems.
