• Knowledge of at least two programming languages such as Scala, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go.
• Experience in identifying industry-based security vulnerabilities, attack patterns, and remediation techniques.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques.
• Broad and deep knowledge across application security domains.
• 8+ years of Application Security or Development experience.
• Experience with security in service-oriented architectures/microservices and web services.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Relevant security certifications such as CCSP, CEH, or PenTest+.

• Create, update, and maintain threat models for various software projects.
• Conduct manual and automated secure code reviews, primarily in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
