This position is for a software engineer within Amazon's eCommerce Foundation organization, specifically in the Business Data Technologies group. The team focuses on building scalable solutions for processing large volumes of data and enabling analytical capabilities across Amazon. Engineers will design and implement customer-focused features while mentoring junior team members. The role requires a strong background in software development and a passion for big data technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
