Job description
As an SDE 1 on the Amazon Security team, you will contribute to the development of a unique vulnerability auditing platform for AI-integrated software. This role focuses on building scalable security services and defining best practices for software development. You will work within cross-functional teams to create secure solutions and own the technology stack for critical services. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Build a massively scalable global security service that is core to all Amazon services.
- Own the definition of best practices for the software development lifecycle used by junior engineers.
- Work as part of cross-functional teams to develop secure solutions for customers.
- Own the technology stack for one of the most secure and reliable services in all of Amazon.
