As a Software Engineer II in the Dynamics 365 Contact Center, you will leverage your software engineering and AI expertise to develop intelligent solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will work within a collaborative team focused on creating scalable applications that integrate AI capabilities. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying software while ensuring high performance and reliability. You will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that meet enterprise standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.

• Design and develop highly usable, scalable application capabilities, integrating AI models and enhancing existing features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
• Tackle ambiguity and create clarity for the team while identifying and communicating risks.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to solve challenging problems.
• Be accountable for the quality, usability, and performance of design and implementation.
• Build and debug production-grade code in distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot live site issues and ensure rapid resolution.
