As a senior machine learning engineer in Finance at Apple, you will play a crucial role in building the platform and data foundations for the Finance organization. Your work will focus on developing strong AIML processes and extending platforms to address unique challenges in the finance sector, including regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for instilling strong software engineering practices within the team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and an understanding of finance-related processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, data science, engineering, or a similar field with 7+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience improving and extending existing AIML platforms and services.
• Hands-on ML platform experience including feature stores, registries, experiment tracking, and model serving.
• Strong debugging and operational instincts.
• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps, familiar with GitOps.
• Production Kubernetes and cloud platform experience.
• Working knowledge of ML algorithms and experience shipping generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Experience modernizing legacy ML infrastructure without disrupting existing users.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, including evaluation pipelines and production guardrails.
• Background in corporate finance, accounting, or supply chain with an understanding of SOx, P&L, and close processes.
