• 5+ years of experience developing software in Java, including advanced object-oriented design and development.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating distributed systems with strict requirements for scalability, high availability, and low latency.
• Experience working with distributed NoSQL and relational database technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong fundamentals in storage systems.
• Familiarity with high-performance caching mechanisms.
• Familiarity with event streaming and queueing systems.
• Prior experience with media processing.
• Hands-on experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Take deep technical ownership of a high-throughput, multi-tenant platform.
• Drive projects completely end-to-end, from initial architecture and design reviews through to seamless production releases.
• Ensure services meet strict requirements for scalability, high availability, and low latency.
