• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural bridge design experience with a focus on WisDOT projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain via reciprocity
• Strong knowledge of WisDOT procedures and project standards
• Proficiency in bridge design software such as LEAP Concrete/Bridge and AASHTOWare BrR

• Provide technical leadership on a wide range of bridge infrastructure projects
• Serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor throughout project execution
• Mentor junior staff and advance technical excellence across the bridge practice
• Coordinate directly with clients, DOTs, and public agencies
• Lead bridge design teams, including task assignment and quality control reviews
