• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools.
• Create and maintain detailed 2D drawings, GD&T, and engineering documentation.
• Perform structural and vibration analyses using FEA tools to assess mechanical integrity.
• Support design trade studies, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and implement feedback.
• Support prototype builds, system bring-up, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Assist with transition from development to manufacturing, including vendor engagement.
