The Director role in EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice focuses on managing and executing IT-focused projects across various sectors. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise to develop and execute transaction strategies. The team works on complex global transactions, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients. As a key member, you will leverage your experience to enhance client relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics.
- 5 years of related work experience or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute IT-focused projects across various sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and influence their perspectives.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to practice development.
- Coach junior colleagues to enhance their performance and skills.
