• Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading, analyzing, and writing code with AI.
• Experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, or working prototypes using tools such as Figma and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience documenting end-to-end data lineage, source system dependencies, and business logic transformations.
• Experience developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning models.

• Define AI program goals, success criteria, and performance metrics across products or functional areas.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design integrated, AI-driven solutions and architectures.
• Drive orchestration and integration for complex, cross-functional programs by building relationships and coordinating across teams.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, quality, safety, and legal standards across products and services.
• Collaborate on roadmaps and technical execution, incorporating AI-enabled features while maintaining quality and security.
• Lead AI-driven analysis and experiments to understand customer needs and validate use cases.
• Engage stakeholders through technical advising, feedback sessions, and sales enablement.
