The Technical Program Manager role in the Finance Data & Experiences organization focuses on leading end-to-end program execution for AI-powered solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading, analyzing, and writing code with AI.
- Experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, or working prototypes using tools such as Figma and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience documenting end-to-end data lineage, source system dependencies, and business logic transformations.
- Experience developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning models.
Responsibilities
- Define AI program goals, success criteria, and performance metrics across products or functional areas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design integrated, AI-driven solutions and architectures.
- Drive orchestration and integration for complex, cross-functional programs by building relationships and coordinating across teams.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, quality, safety, and legal standards across products and services.
- Collaborate on roadmaps and technical execution, incorporating AI-enabled features while maintaining quality and security.
- Lead AI-driven analysis and experiments to understand customer needs and validate use cases.
- Engage stakeholders through technical advising, feedback sessions, and sales enablement.
