Requirements
- BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience in system-level electrical engineering design and architecture
- Fundamental knowledge of physics, analog circuit and signals analysis, and circuit design
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools
- Experience with sensor design and systems integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with proven collaboration and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently resolve technical issues
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and launch next-generation touch sensing technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-precision, low-latency MultiTouch solutions
- Characterize and validate electrical designs to ensure performance standards
- Converge technical issues and align efforts across teams to meet project goals
- Support the transition of technology from proof-of-concept to ultra-high-volume production
