Job description

The iPhone Touch Sensing Technology team focuses on creating high-precision, low-latency MultiTouch solutions for the smartphone and mobile industries. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, integrating, and launching next-generation touch sensing technologies. The role requires collaboration across various technical disciplines and emphasizes innovation and engineering excellence. You will work in a hands-on environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of physics, analog circuit and signals analysis, circuit design, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Hands-on experience in system-level electrical engineering design, architecture, characterization, and validation.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools.
  • Experience with sensor design and systems integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid teamwork.
  • Experience with high-volume mass production is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with proven collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently converge technical issues.
