The Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is seeking a Systems Development Engineer with an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. This role focuses on building and supporting Amazon's billing systems in secure cloud environments, enhancing operational capabilities, and addressing technical challenges for U.S. Government agencies. The engineer will work within a talented team to design scalable and reliable systems while ensuring compliance with public sector regulations. • Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems
• 2+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java is preferred
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology

• Build and support Amazon's billing systems in air-gapped cloud environments.
