The Siri Quality Program team is looking for a QA Engineer to ensure that products like Siri meet customer expectations. This role involves understanding product performance and advocating for necessary changes. The team emphasizes collaboration between Engineering, Program Management, and Quality Engineering. • 4+ years of proven experience in manual Software Quality Assurance
• Demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative manual testing
• A BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with developing test strategies, including writing test plans, test cases, and testing architectures
• Excellent communication skills due to high interaction with engineering teams and management

• Conduct hands-on adversarial testing of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications
• Design and implement test plans and test cases
• Perform risk analysis and customer impact analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional testing and integration testing across the system
• Debug difficult problems and drive results with cross-functional teams
