Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, occupational safety, or a related field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience in advanced manufacturing technologies, customer equipment design, machine safety, supply chain automation or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams and suppliers.
- Strong working knowledge of international machine safety and risk assessment standards.
- Experience with supply chain automation, robotics, or design for safety.
- Certification in functional safety, industrial hygiene, and/or hazardous materials management.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-20% of the time).
