This role involves managing complex global projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology and process solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain fulfillment operations and will work closely with senior leadership to align business processes with Apple's retail strategy. A focus on innovation and sustainability is key to this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level.
  • Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics.
  • Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques.
  • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver technology and process solutions.
  • Influence, support, and implement forward-looking capabilities in supply chain operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define business process and capability roadmaps.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs across global teams.
  • Drive clarity and decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ensure alignment with Apple's evolving retail strategy and sustainability goals.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
