The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team at Apple is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance Apple's Supply Chain and Retail Fulfillment Operations. • Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level.
• Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics.
• Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
