Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing test methodology and execution plan for next-generation boards and systems. Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of overall manufacturing test experience with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Extensive expertise in test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing test engineering across the full product lifecycle.
  • Optimize processes, systems, and tools to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
  • Coordinate test solution implementation and automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee testing facility design, build, and upkeep.
