The Product Installation Engineer at KLA is responsible for the installation and qualification of advanced semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites worldwide. This role serves as the critical first connection between customers and KLA's technologies, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. The engineer will work independently while collaborating with various teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation. This position requires extensive travel and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

• Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems is required.
• Experience with high-vacuum systems is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working with computer systems, operating systems, and networking is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are needed.
• Candidates must be highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• A minimum degree in ASET or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
