• A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience as an advisor to a financial services company.
• Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management company, or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies.
• 6+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations.

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, and regression testing.
• Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve efficiency.
• Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, and workflows across modules.
• Manage a team of business analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
