Job description
This role focuses on driving technology development and enablement for high volume manufacturing and future technology at Intel. The team is dedicated to improving production efficiency and optimizing manufacturing techniques while ensuring the highest standards in semiconductor processing. The position requires regular onsite presence and involves collaboration with key suppliers to enhance technology capabilities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Technical expertise in semiconductor processing, system controls, opto-mechanics, or mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
- Programming experience in Python or MATLAB.
- Hands-on experience with robotics, automation systems, vision systems, and image processing.
Responsibilities
- Drive technology development and enablement for high volume manufacturing and future technology.
- Lead design and development of manufacturing processes and repair reverse engineering.
- Perform feasibility studies to meet desired device specifications.
- Recommend and implement modifications for operating equipment to improve production efficiency.
- Partner with key equipment and materials suppliers to develop enabling elements of technology.
- Perform process technology feasibility studies through theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods.
