Job description

This role is for a Software Engineer in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment at Amazon, focusing on building innovative advertising experiences across various devices. The team, known as EDGE, combines data science, device hardware, and audience data to create unique user experiences for millions of customers. Candidates will work on low-latency, highly scalable systems that support thousands of concurrent advertisers. The position requires strong programming skills and collaboration with a diverse group of team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
  • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
  • 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
