• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience in logistics
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• 5+ years of progressive technology implementation or 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling

• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions to complex material flow and human/machine efficiency problems throughout the global Amazon supply chain
• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the transportation network
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
