Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
- 8 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or development management.
- 8 years of experience in people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team, defining priorities that support organizational goals.
- Meet with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure contract manufacturers meet quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) goals.
- Partner with NPI leadership to integrate insights into the manufacturing plan and test strategy.
