Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in physics, optics, or related fields and three years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the field of optics, physics, optical components, image processing, machine learning, or computer science.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as MATLAB and Python, as well as statistical analysis tools like JMP.
- A broad engineering background encompassing display technologies and optical simulation.
- Hands-on experience in mass production consumer electronics or display-related systems.
- Experience working closely with external and overseas suppliers.
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
